This place is great. The ice cream is extremely fresh, and the smell of homemade chocolate hits you as soon as you open the door. You won't be disappointed if you go. Definitely recommend the homemade waffle View all feedback.
Amazing. The only downside is the wait. The staff is amazing and the community in the area is amazing. The ice cream and chocolates were delicious. ITS NOT REGULAR ICE CREAM ITS SOFT SERVE. That might be a downside or upside to some people. The prices were cheap compared to its competitors like “Cold Stone,” “Dairy Queen,” “Rita’s” and “Kilwins.” The staff were nice and kind helping anyone they can. Plenty of seating and standing room as well. The downside is the wait. The line extended out the door and around the corner of the building. We were there during peak hour so that most definitely contributes to the wait. The staff are young teenagers and are sometimes frantic when huge crowds came in. To be expected of teens so I’m not holding them accountable. The place functions like a fast food chain, you order and they bring the food to you while you’re sitting. The wait time for a small ice cream is about a 15-20 MINUTE WAIT which is a while for an ice cream place.ALL IN ALL it was a amazing experience, just be ready for a hefty wait in the afternoon.
Delicious! Such a yummy selection of chocolates and ice cream. Definitely on the higher end, price wise, but a nice treat every once in a while.I will say the teenagers that run the counter are, well, teenagers haha. A bit cranky, but what can ya expect, I suppose. Totally worth it for the tasty treats.
My family and I have been coming here for years. It’s always delicious! Today I got the flavor of the day “cinnamon toast crunch” it exceeded my expectations. The customer service is great too. 10/10

I’ve been frequenting this establishment for many many years. Likely since 2009. They’ve been amazingly consistent the whole time. Amazing homemade caramel. We’ve always gone for the chocolate and caramel dipped apples. However, that consistency has at some point recently changed. The prices have gone up (understandably…inflation is everywhere), but what I don’t understand is the fact that these apples are not being dipped with the same amount of product. Where the caramel used to be thick, it is now a very thin sliver. Same with the chocolate to the point where there is basically half of what you previously got. I understand places need to make cuts to stay in business at times, but it’s just super sad that a wonderful staple has become lesser than what it once was while also becoming more expensive. It’s still tasty, but it’s not nearly what it used to be which makes me really sad.
