"As we walked from Augusta to Ellsworth we were lost (we are from Michigan) and ended up in Hollowell for dinner. The best dinner for our two week trip. Beer soup was on the menu at night, glad I had an attempt. Delicious, along with a burger. If I ever go back to the area, I'm leaving for dinner. Everyone was friendly, great service and atmosphere to go with great food."

"Well i was thoroughly enjoying my nightly meal of mashed potatoes and as i digged in, licking the spoon clean, i glance down and see the most unfortunate, unhygienic, tragedy. not sure if it's a chefs beard hair or some waitresses dog hair but this has truly added to my depression and i can't say i'll be able to come back without having the ptsd of the hairs in my taters :"

This quality of the sandwiches are good, the customer service is alright, the seating arrangements outside could be better. "The Service here is awesome! There fast, clean and get the order right every time I've eaten there, no matter how difficult the order would be! This place has been there for a long time, it's a place that everyone I know loves to eat at, and there food is that good! The place is kept clean and the people there are just wonderful. The place has benches and tables if you want to eat in or sit there and wait for your food to be ready. You don't have to wait long because there fast! The bread is fresh, my favorite is there Ham Italians, which I've always felt there famous for. They do however make hot meals as well. Chicken finger baskets, hamburger baskets, and etc. There not very expensive, and though there a little pricey it's worth it, because the foods that good! I would recommend this food to everyone who enjoys a good American meal! Anyone who's on there lunch break and needs to get back has no need to worry when you come here, because you'll be in and out in no time. I recommend this to everyone."
