Yes, the wait is long. However, I don't think people understand how long it takes to cook AUTHENTIC food. Especially, meats such as goat/beef, which can't be cooked in an hour (these take time). I am not sure what their prep process routine is and maybe that can be improved so that the delays in wait time lessens. The place was about 90 degrees inside. And they don't serve tea. They have $2 bottled drinks, and no refills.The music was so loud, I couldn't hear what the counter man was saying to me.I got the oxtails with cabbage.The oxtails and the cabbage were both overdone.
