Jersey Mikes Subs - Augusta

Great sub-experience. It's hard to find such a great service in a fast food restaurant. My sandwich was made fast, fresh and above all right. Khalil is the assistant and he could not have been more professional. Hats on this Jersey Mike, I wish they could all be like that.

I made it!!! Last night, it stopped at Washington Rd, and Marissa helped me. I got a #17 steak cheese and asked if I could turn off the green paprika for some mushrooms. “No problem!” Marissa said enthusiastic. Now I have to let the world know that this sandwich was from the CHARTS!! I mean super tasty. I recommend this hot combination of goodness. I also recommend that Marissa cook it for you. Keep the big work team Washington Rd!!!! Your exhibit a FANTASTIC product!!!

The food in this place is very good! My favorite location to go is on Washington Road in Augusta, Ga. The service, the atmosphere and the food is great! I've never had a negative experience. Staff work well together and are friendly, fast and yet personal. They have a way over them that make a customer feel good about the experience. Customer service and food is always excellent!

I had to go yesterday in two separate times (August 8.). During the first visit in the morning the young man was extremely polite and made a fantastic sub. I was absolutely enthusiastic about the product and customer service. But when I arrived later this evening, I had a completely different experience. The young lady was rude and obviously didn't want to be there. The product was sloppy and thrown together. If not for the first experience with the young man, I would have rated 1 star. I would still recommend, but be careful who you get to make your sub!

Very friendly service! A little pricey, but definitely worth it! First time trying their food and was impressed with the servings! Love that they slice the meat in front of you! Will be making them a regular place for great quality subs.
