I ordered a Greek salad on 9/11/22 by Mellow Mushroom at the Augusta location on Broad Street for lunch at work and I eat salad I came over a dirty glove on the bottom of my salad. I suffered from food poisoning and didn't want anyone to experience what I've been through.
