I really enjoy the pulled BBQ pork with a side of greens and Mac n cheese. I've never had greens before trying theirs an I'm addicted. Very flavorful with bacon, soft and at times a little salty. The pork is always drenched in their BBQ which I absolutely love. I always ask for my bread on the side so I can use to dip scoop the meat. What Geoffrey V doesn't like about O.t. 's Up-n-smoke Bbq:
I can only speak for the ribs as we picked up a tray for a party and they were absolutely terrible. pretty much every rib in the pan was tough, flavorless and dang near inedible. As I cleared tables i noticed almost every plate had a barley gnawed on rib that was being discarded. It was a major disappointment for sure View all feedback.

Some of the best ribs. But the Very Best Collard Greens!! Lee up the awesome food oh and the cornbread. To die for. I'll be there soon

If you are not sure if you can eat a lot, start with the shrimp dinner and then upgrade to the all you can eat . You can choose from salt pepper to original coated. In comparison to other places, portion sizes are usually adequate for what you pay for. Complimentary hushpuppies are sweet and deliscious. Generally served with honey butter. They are short staffed, however, they are usually pretty quick to get your order out to you once you place it. About 10-20 minutes for a group of 4, maybe a little bit longer if you have a larger group. They are usually pretty busy as it is a popular location."

"Went there tonight, sat at a table with 6 people. Sat there for 25 minutes while the servers went to 3 other tables in out section, who were seated after us, and took their drink and food orders. We tried flagging one of the servers to come over and she mad eye contact and went to another table that was just seated. When the 25 minute mark passes and the other tables had already started receiving meals while we never had a drink order taken, we left. On the way out we spoke to the lady at the front and she said they didn't know we were sitting there! Hopefully the only and last bad experience we'll have as our many visits prior were great, this one was anything but."

"Had the fish sandwich with horseradish, pickles, and red onion. Good sandwich. Probably could have used a dash of hot sauce or even malt vinegar. Sandwich comes with fries. Split pea soup was delicious."
