Wingstop - Augusta

I used to enjoy coming to this restaurant, but it seems like the kitchen needs to be cleaned up before ordering. It would be nice if the staff smiled occasionally, but I suppose that might be asking too much. We probably should have just gotten our food to go like most people do, as the dining area was not very clean. There were only three tables available, and we had to wipe them off ourselves. The dining area had more storage containers, boxes, and debris than chairs. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this restaurant. I hope that they can improve their cleanliness and overall experience.

I was hesitant at first when my husband suggested trying the new chicken sandwich for lunch, as I love Popeyes sandwiches. But oh my god, they nailed it! I absolutely loved it. The service took a bit longer than usual, but the young ladies working there today had everything under control and were delightful. I don't know who made the ranch dressing today, but it was nice and thick. We will definitely be returning!

I experienced stomach pain, diarrhea, and nausea after eating at this restaurant. The establishment is not clean enough and I observed food preparation taking place in the dining room. The employees also had bad attitudes. I will not be returning and I hope others reading this review will reconsider visiting or returning as well.

Food was amazing! Wings had plenty of sauce. The fries were nice and crispy, also came with lots of them. Unfortunately, I was only given 1 ranch for the 2 orders but it?s alright. Place seemed short staffed but the waiting time was not horrible. Lady atfront apologized for the ?long wait? even though it wasn?t that bad, which makes the customer service of this place stand out. Iwould definitely drive a little farther to come down to this location just because of the quality of the food and the friendlyenvironment ?? (Recommended sauces: lemon hot, mango habanero, and cajun) (Fries: seasoned and extra crispy)

I just ordered wings from here and they are almost raw not cooked all the way. I called to speak to someone about this. They put me on hold for 25 minutes and never came back. I called 2 more times and they would not answer!! This will make peoplesick!! I will call again tomorrow.
