What Nelson Blalock doesn't like about Starbucks:
I ordered a grande mocha, no whip. I received a luke warm drink with whip. The staff were too busy messing with their phones and chatting with their friends to care about the service they were providing. Also, they don't accept Starbucks gift cards.
