omg. the crumbled cod was terrible. it was ridiculous above the crossbed. the crumb layer was about 1/3 cm thick on both sides of the thin fiber band of a fish fillet! I would say the fish itself was fresh, but hard to determine if it was cut so thin. the perception that they will eat a luxurious moist, thick fish fillet goes quickly with the first bite. the crumb layer is so thick that it actually tastes teig. load...
