It's a shame that there isn't a 0-star rating. This location is an absolute disgrace to the chain. I've spoken to managers twice and Head Office FOUR TIMES and no changes. When the kids from Aurora High School come in with their pizza boxes, take up all the seats, and BUY NOTHING, no manager or staff seems to have the nerve to tell them to get out, take their feet off the chairs, or even quiet down.
