What Burnice Hyatt doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
we ordered here and were very satisfied, but tonight I placed an online order for pickup. was so disappointed when I saw our order. my son burrito was very small. how big did they run out of Burrito size tortillas? burrito bowls were so vaccinated on the meat, bean, salat and other beats. Kudos to the team on Route 59 in Naperville Illinois! I waited for about 5 minutes for brown rice to cook but it didn't turn out to standards. So I chose the white rice, no biggie. Needless to say, my meal was free because I waited. That is exemplary customer service. View all feedback.
