Great location; always busy but they get everyone through pretty quick. Just like any other chipotle. Customer service is available to above average. They do charge for guacamole unlike Qdoba. Horrible, and they might be closed for the day To go, and orders thru DoorDash are skimpy and the bar is usually cold, so yes almost everytime it's a cold cold burrito or bowl. Like where is the management. Went by last night at 8:20pm and they had a closed sign on the door, hand written by staff.
