have found a taste of home in denver. when they travel around, they sometimes get a little home sick and look for comfort eating. while some places that offer authentic Mexicans, in which the brand miss through a long shot, guadalajara hit the bullseye. we started with a few oysters not the rocky mountain variety as an appetizer along with the fresh chips and salsa and then we ordered a solid. the waitress was friend... Great place for birthdays. Great food. They will sing happy birthday in spanish and english. Your whole party will recieve a sopapilla.
