Really a great place to visit for some quality Mexican. I had the Enchiladas Con Huevos (basically stacked corn tortillas with sauce cheese and egg) and it was fantastic. Great flavor and made with pride. I also noticed people eating more regular american breakfast and they seemed to be very happy as well. I checked out Lupita 's after hearing about it from colleagues at the Anschutz Medical Campus. This is a classic Colfax Ave. dive! When you walk in be prepared to go back into the 1970s.
