From the perspective of someone who looooooves Louisiana culture and food, we really appreciate how well the food is prepared at Lost Cajun. The chicken and sausage gumbo and the begneits are especially top notch. Cold Abita beer, fried catfish like the stuff I grew up on, seafood gumbo, there is a big menu and it’s all good. It has been FOREVER since i had to write a negative review. This place should be shut down for serving undercooked poultry. I specifically asked the (already rude) lady on the phone to make it well done or cooked more than normal and instead it seems it’s not even cooked at all.
