I have been a customer since 2009. They were crucial in getting me through the pandemic with great response times with their shipments. The staff currently is friendly and courteous. Before COVID, I was there every two weeks spending an average of $68 per visit, yet the staff were all snobs. Impersonal, aloof snobs. That has changed fortunately. "I love deep dish pizza, and this place definitely does it well! It 's my new go-to pizza (delivery) spot!Great customer service, too! We ordered delivery last night, but the driver took it to the wrong address/ door. The manager, Jordan (I believe that 's his name), was so helpful and professional during the interactions. He took the time to ask questions and better understand what happened. It was a very refreshing experience as I 've previously had bad experiences with mis-delivered food (from other pizza places). I understand mis-delivery happens, and our place can be a bit confusing, but the way it was handled was greatly appreciated ? Thanks yall!"
