My friend was visiting from out of town and I wanted to take him to a unique spot in Austin. The service was incredible and the food was even better! Highly recommend!!! View all feedback.
What Aidan Robinson doesn't like about Austin Rotisserie:
The chicken and potatoes are alright, but the service is awful. You order on a tablet with no one to ask questions or assist you, and then the staff just put orders of food on a counter, and it's up to you to find which one is yours. If you try to talk to the staff, they ignore you or tell you to go away. View all feedback.
I had my order delivered to the hotel across the street from the restaurant and I would say for a delivered order, the food was delicious, so I'm sure if it's served immediately fresh at the establishment itself, it would be even better. As basic as it mayseem, the chicken was juicy, and so were the mini potatoes. The sauces are mild even if they don't look like it. The baguettewas delicious especially with those sauces. I had just gotten to Austin and gave this a go on the delivery app as my first mealin the city and was not disappointed.
Ordered the Quarter Special and loved it. Service was fast and friendly. Food was very fresh and the chicken was tender and flavorful. Would definitely come back again!
Quarter chicken lunch special. Came with potatoes and arugula salad topped with goat cheese. I?d call it French comfort food very good would totally go back.
Uber eats delivery. Shared: French carrot soup: My girlfriend said it was too salty, but I just thought it was delicious and mildly gingery. My favorite item in the order. Bird: The potatoes were satisfyingly soft. The menu said it came with house rotirauce and salsa verde, but neither were provided. Baguette: Good, crispy hard outside and soft inside. Paired well with thesoup. Salad de chevre: Good. Goat cheese (not pictured because I had it on the side) was satisfyingly soft. Guacamousse:Good. Macarons: Good
Dry and plain chicken sandwhich. No sauces included. Potatoes were phenomenal but they didn't include a fork so they were enjoyed using my hands.
