I'm so happy to have FINALLY eaten the cauliflower tots and burger at better half the last time I went was for a quick happy hour with some coworkers after cyclebar, and I already had plans to eat with my friends so I sat there and just smelled how amazing everything was. I went for brunch, but the vegan choices were quite limited. Although they offer some vegan upsells for the protein on their breakfast sandwiches, other ingredients often need to be omitted (e.g., fried egg, jalapeño-honey butter, aioli) with no vegan substitute.
