Worst Chipotle Restaurant I was there. I don't understand how companies didn't crack them. There are so many times when people walk around in the back, but no one comes to my order for 5 min or more. You also give the smallest parts service: 1/5 View all feedback.

The bowl was pretty good. It was bigger than I expected so I save the rest for another meal.
The food at chipotle is consistent. I called in ahead and ordered a burrito box for 10. When I arrived, my order was not recorded at all. That is not why I am writing. Yes they are probably understaffed and there were workers who were clearly very new. The phone and online ordering is kinda sketchy. However, the staff who helped me were SO kind and professional. The customers who had to wait longer because of the mix up were also kind. I am so grateful for how I was treated and not one of them knew what a hard day I was facing. There are good people everywhere, thank you!
