What J likes about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
I showed up here to pick up my mobile order only to find I had accidentally placed it at the wrong location.. Kevin overheard me trying to figure out my situation with the cashier and stepped in. The way he handled everything was amazing , honestly I can’t believe how nice he was in fixing in error that I made. Seriously can’t thank this team enough. View all feedback.

I don't live near a chipotle, so I was happy to get some while I'm in town. I ordered ahead, and when I came there, the worker gave me my bag without looking at me or saying something that I thought was rude. I come to my hotel to eat, and the chips I ordered were not included.
