While some customers felt the pricing wasn't justified, others enjoyed the moderately priced menu items. The restaurant's dog-friendly policy and inviting atmosphere have garnered repeat customers. However, complaints about slow service and inconsistent food quality were raised. Overall, it seems like Culinary Dropout is a hit or miss depending on various factors such as seating arrangements, attention from servers, live entertainment, and food quality. Despite some shortcomings, many patrons still find it to be a go-to spot in the area.
Let me start by saying that my experience at this restaurant was less than ideal from the very beginning. I had a reservation for 8:00, but when I called to see if we could come at 7:45, I was informed that they do not take same-day reservations. Despite the fact that I had made my reservation on the same day. When we arrived at 8:00, the table we were seated at was empty, but the staff had to check if it was clean. Our waitress took a while to bring us water and then proceeded to serve another table before taking our drink orders. She informed me that they were out of the wine I had requested and instead offered a smaller pour from the bottom of the bottle. I declined and ordered another wine, which also took a long time to arrive. An hour later, our waitress came back to inform us that she had lost our food order, but that it would be ready in 2 minutes. When our food finally arrived, it was cold. The manager came out to make excuses but never apologized or offered any compensation. Our water glasses remained half empty and my brother's old fashion wasn't attended to in a timely manner. It was clear that the staff lacked attention to detail and missed opportunities to improve our experience. Overall, the restaurant seemed to lack proper management and customer service skills.
We went to my daughter's graduation. Great food, drinks and service!
Excellent service and the food was delicious. In any case, it'll go again.
The charcuterie board is excellent, the music is great, and love the sports on TV. The best part is that they allow dogs on the patio.
This is the second time we’ve come here and it was another perfect experience! Can’t wait to come back!
