What Nathen Thiel doesn't like about Dairy Queen:
So frustrated... first, caught attitude, complete with an eye roll, from chic at the window when I asked for ketchup and napkins. And then it was topped off when I got home to find she gave me a sweet tea *gag* instead of Diet Dr Pepper to drink. This is just more for customers, check your stuff before you drive away. This is the best DQ I had in my whole life. I've never had bad food or bad services. The line always moves and the service is always friendly. The 3 Taco box is a family favorite!
You will not find a Dairy Queen in Austin, or for that matter the entire state of Texas, with better customer service than this Dairy Queen. The folks here are so friendly and customer focused you would think you are at a chik fil a! Plus the food quality here is always top notch. The drive through line is often long, which is a very telling sign of the quality as well. One tip do not attempt the drive through if you have a large car or SUV, they have a very tight turning radius and you will get stuck. The inside counter service is also very fast and the restaurant interior is clean. Everything on the menu is good here. If you have not been to DQ in awhile, give this place a try and you will be back and your belt will be busted! ;
I love going to this location. The staff is super friendly and I feel like the food tastes better than other DQ locations in Austin. I'm always amazed at how fast their drive thru line is. 11/10 woukd go back
Loved it we took the kid's and the place was really nice and good customer service people very nice and we will be back again
Stop in here plenty of time to have a steak finger basket!
