the pernil arroz con gandulees is absolutely at least burning! the yucca is also mouthwater. for those of them who have never been in Puerto Rico, they will save themselves a trip because this gets as puerto rican as puerto rican eat! jose has absolutely mastered the taste of the culinary Caribbean island aromas. I cook better, but no pork just for me and my wife. eating was in order, but there was a lot of important ingredients in his season. very limited menu and even then, some items in the menu was not even available and I went early, so they didn't run out. Born and raised on the island, this is very far away from the real thing. it's like rican food gor gringos. View all feedback.
