Fresa's 9th Lamar - Austin

I just got cheated. The Rotisserie chicken here is great, but this time I ordered a bowl and I paid about 20 dollars for something about a quarter of the size of a chip bowl. I'm pretty sure it was packed. Upload so much for hardly a snack on a car thru should be a crime. The person who worked there was also very rude!

These tacos did not disappoint. Seemed small at first but were packed with toppings. Sauce is a great heat. Packs a punch. We got lucky to get there at a slow time, waited a few minutes but knew it was fresh that way at least. Wish I wasn't so hungry as to forget to take pictures.

As silly as this might sound, it was pleasantly refreshing to find an independent chain in Austin with a drive-thru. Sometimes on my work days I just don't have the additional spoons to park and go inside a restaurant. Having to drive through allows me to catch up on emails while I'm waiting my turn and still support an independent business. Also the food was really darn tasty and reasonably priced.

My wife and I stopped here since we were in Austin and hadn't eaten here in quite a while. Had 3 different tacos and they were all delicious. Washed it down with agua fresca hibiscus and lime. Hope to return soon.

Good service every time. The prices are a little high but the deliciousness makes up for it. You get what you pay for. They have a large menu and you can use the drive thru or they also have a small area where you can eat outdoors. Space is limited and this is also where you pick up your food if in foot. The food is great.
