"For the 2nd year in a row we celebrated our anniversary at Truluck's in the Arboretum. Jason was our waiter for the evening. He did a really good job guiding us through our meal. We were never rushed and it felt like we could have just spread it out as long as we wanted. We started off slow with some crab claws and followed that with some oysters. The oysters may have been the best I've ever had. The crab claws were better than I expected. I generally like my crab warm so it was different. I enjoyed them too and would order them again. For our entrees, I had the Pontchartrain and my wife had the seared tuna. Both were absolutely amazing! We also got the parmesan bread which was incredible too. And then as Truluck's does, they helped us celebrate with their baked alaska that is flambe'd at the table. A great way to cap off the meal. Once it was all said and done, it was actually cheaper than last year. Not sure how that was managed but I'm not complaining. Would highly recommend this restaurant for any occasion."

"Lived in Leander my whole life and had never heard about this place, nor had ever tried kielbasa before. I stopped in today after finding it on Google, and came across the most friendly and sweet workers I've ever met. I ordered the Kielbasa Hero and got some Pierogi also, and the butcher threw in an extra one and explained all the meats. I got two drinks, a Polish soda and something called Bread Kvass, neither of which was something I'd crave but definitely fun to try, especially near me. Made out of there with an AMAZINGLY delish sandwich, that kielbasa meat was better than any sausage I've ever had in my life, I got three pierogi's, two drinks, for only $22. Absolutely definitely will come back."

"Not sure what happened to this place, but during the year the quality of food decreased. I'm from Chicago and as close to the comfort as it once was, I'm gonna think about it now. I ordered a combo and I got 6 pounds of roast beef and when I ate the sandwich, I noticed that the link was pink. Showed it to the older gentleman and insisted that it was precooked before they received it. He obviously took less care of the quality. I want to download the picture. So sad I spent $22 on it."

"I wish I had photos I could post, but I literally scarfed everything down so quick that I didn’t get a chance. It was my first time there and I got the Hummus and the Nikki’s Special and WOW!! It was so flavorful and fresh, you could really feel the love that goes into the food. The guy who checked us out even gave us some complimentary Baklava which was incredible! We love Greek food and we can’t believe we’ve never been here, but now we’ll never go anywhere else. The food was amazing, the staff is so insanely kind and make you feel like family, and the price was so reasonable, especially compared to most places here in ATX. Can’t say enough amazing things about this place! Thank you guys!"
