The Ajitama was cold. The chashu had grill marks, which is definitely wrong and gives the wrong Char taste. The broth was thin and lacked the depth that was necessary to stay at the noodles. I'm pretty sure the noodles were okay, but not great. I was really disappointed. I believe it is the same as buying the prefabricated ingredients from HEB and warming up in a small pot. Excellent Ramen. Breadh was not salty and it was perfect. The grilled pig was also really good. I was very happy with my court.
