Iron Works Barbecue - Austin

What User likes about Iron Works Barbecue:
This must be one of the underestimated BBQ spots in the city. It was close to the hotel so I had the opportunity to eat here twice this week and both times the cattle ribs and brisket were excellent. Taste Iron Works was also a great value. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Iron Works Barbecue:
Service and people are excellent, meat, not so much. I tried the sampler of Brisket, sausage and beef. Brisket was delicate and juicy but absolutely no taste, no smoke ring or taste. Had no bark at all. I wonder if this would have ever seen the inside of a smoker. Had to do it in the sauce and even then not finished. Sausage was good, but nothing unusual. Not too tasteful.
