I never give 5 stars but the young man that help me here want out of his way to help me order. I was in my van it's a handicapped van it does not fit thru the drive thru so he let me walk in and order after closing the dining room. What User doesn't like about Jack In The Box:
Did not get half of my order, half I got was oldddddddddddddddddddd and stale. Didnt eat 85% of it. I tried to call to handle this, both times I ringed the phone indefinitely as if no one worked there to answer it. I was the only customer on the property, they were not in the rush, so I have no idea how my food was so bad, even after 10-15 minutes waiting for OLD food. View all feedback.
