"Be very careful of this place they have crackheads working there as first-hand knowledge that I saw this man was picking up his scabs while making the pizzas. They also have teenagers asking what meth feels like in front of other customers. It’s unfortunate because the pizza is pretty tasty, but the management is terrible although it seems as though it’s a corporation, it is franchise, so no matter what you say nothing changes and it goes right back to that boss who owns that same store no accountability ."

"This is a GREAT! Old world style pizzeria...it's small and in downtown Austin and walking distance from most of the hotels. Would highly recommend. "Ordered cookies at 2pm, delivery was scheduled for 2:51, the tracker said the delivery was a minute away for a full hour. I finally cave and call in at 4pm and they say it’s been ready but nobody could deliver it. No notice, no nothing to inform me of this. They tell me they can make me fresh cookies and try to have someone deliver again, but I’m not gonna wait 6 hours for $40 cookies. Terrible experience. Go in person, never get it delivered because they’ll just blame DoorDash when they have bad customer service."
