Great find! We noticed and appreciated the chandeliers and brightly colored walls when we walked in. We were immediately greeted and handed menus and a bottle of water. Our only complaint would be towards the spring rolls, however we did substitute the shrimp for chicken, but they lacked flavor. We ordered chicken and beef pho, and they were delicious! The broth was tasty and there was a nice balance of noodles to br... View all feedback.
What Anna Nguyen doesn't like about Pho Ha Noi Cuisine:
"My family waited for 25 minutes after they took our order. Finally, the waitress came to our table and repeated our orders, saying they had forgotten. At that time, there were only three tables, and it wasn 't busy. Because we didn 't have time, we had to leave. They didn 't even say 'sorry '.
Hands down the best pho I've had in Austin! Very authentic sense of Vietnamese cuisine, best value for , leaves you with a very happy belly. Family run so there's that personal sense.Food: 5/5
We ordered takeout and the Orange Chicken, Spring Rolls, and Shrimp Fried Rice were EXCELLENT! Great customer service when we ordered and everyone working was super nice and welcoming. The restaurant was super clean and very nice.
The phở here is great. It has a stronger flavor than some of the other phở I've had nearby. The noodles came in a tight clump at the bottom of the bowl, which was very reminiscent of Vietnam, but since they use a different type of noodle in Vietnam, it was harder to pull apart. (All phở I've had in America is made with a different noodle than in Vietnam, not just this place. We ordered an avocado smoothie that was made perfectly and tasted just like the ones I would have in Saigon. The staff is very friendly. It was quiet when we came in, but that may be because it was during tết. The phở is also more reasonably priced than other places I've been.
Best Pho North of the Colorado River (I like 888 better but the lines there on the weekend can get so long). I also really like the Bo Luc Lac, its not perfect but certainly better than I can expect from Austin Vietnamese Food scene. Weekend specials are great like the Mi Vi Tim, Hu Tieu Mi. With the MVT you get a separate dish of Goi and Vit. Its Vietnamese comfort food at is finest.
We always see this place heading to Chinatown. Today we stopped in for dinner. Everything was perfect! We ordered, Beef and Mushroom, Combination Fried Rice, Combination Pho, Fried Dumplings and Spring Rolls. Customer service was awesome. Loved our waiters humor. We had a late dinner and seemed to get extra attention. We had more than one person check on us to make sure all was well. Great prices as well. Thanks! We will return!
