This was such an easy smooth process. I placed a large order online and within an 1 hour had it ready by my requested time. And when I sent to pick up the employee helped me carry the pizzas to my car. She went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. read more.

What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
Three Hours....no pizza. Routinely told it was out for delivery. Finally told it was delivered and if I didn't get it then the driver delivered it to the wrong place. Said could remake it but still hour and a half minimum before delivery.Never ever ever again. Waste of time and now I have to wait 3 to 5 business days to get my $40 bucks back. It was ready when I went for pickup and as soon as I parked the brought the order and placed in my trunk, excellent service! Pizza and wings were great too!

"I love deep dish pizza, and this place definitely does it well! It 's my new go-to pizza (delivery) spot!Great customer service, too! We ordered delivery last night, but the driver took it to the wrong address/ door. The manager, Jordan (I believe that 's his name), was so helpful and professional during the interactions. He took the time to ask questions and better understand what happened. It was a very refreshing experience as I 've previously had bad experiences with mis-delivered food (from other pizza places). I understand mis-delivery happens, and our place can be a bit confusing, but the way it was handled was greatly appreciated ? Thanks yall!"
