What Sarah Wu likes about Pueblo Viejo:
Definitely a hidden gem. One of the best taco places I've ever been to! I would strongly recommend the lamb barbacoa to any lamb lovers. So tender and juicy and it just tastes like satisfaction. The migas taco is also great, flavor is spot on, with the crunchy tortilla strips. We also had the chocolate churro. It was deep fried and I kind of like it. I love the extra crispy outside. Service is decent. Chips were fresh. Salsa portions very tiny, not sure if more would have been extra.Could have been because itwas mid-afternoon (3pm) but the Gordita plate was okay, obviously it was leftover lunch portions; meat was not even warm and very chewy.
