What User likes about Qdoba Mexican Grill:
my fighting words for this place are that it is better than chipotle. I'll get the mini dish and it's a lot to eat. If you want to share larger, they have them. it is a great place to stop and eat when they have to be on campus. it's not a place where I would go, unless I had to be at ut, because parking in this one is an nightmare, but I hear every time I'm close. On my second visit, I walked in to find the staff again just relaxing in the dining room. When I tried to order the kids' quesadilla, the employee informed me that they were out of cheese. I couldn't believe it! It's simply outrageous for a Qdoba to run out of such a basic ingredient.
