What User doesn't like about Shanghai Chinese:
this place doesn't make any sense. the prices are so high that they can legitimately buy and deliver food from another dimm-sum place. on the high passes 7 for a dim-sum plate, which is otherwise in the rule 3.25-$4 anywhere), when they go to “check out” (they must do this on their phone) they wrap them with an additional 15% “service charge.” there is a guy who works all tables! in no case.
