I try to patronize independent coffee shops or make coffee at home, however, Starbucks is the best alternative when those options are not available. I ordered the largest iced coffee and a brownie (which are decadent and delicious). They were out of brownies. Understandable, since it was late afternoon. Yeah this Starbucks is bad. I?ve had multiple problems with them because of inconsistent staff. It doesn?t matter what I?m ordering they usually have a way of messing it up. The only reason I go here is because it?s the closest to me. Today I went in and they *again* did my matcha latte half foam, half latte.
