the workers here were very tense, defensiw and argumentatiw if it had not been any tension at all. they simply misunderstood our orders and had to regain the drinks. they also mentioned the pandemic several times when we asked them if they could simply take back our drinks to mix them instead of throwing them away. this is mai 2022 people. not to be afraid and treat people with respect, especially in customer service...
