The restaurant offers delicious food and innovative cocktails in a unique atmosphere. A standout dish for us was the exceptional gluten-free pizza. The crust was crispy on the edges, bread-like in texture, and not at all soggy or flat in the middle. Bravo! View all feedback.
I honestly wouldn't recommend eating here unless you're staying at the resort and not want to drive outService to be quite honest was okay.
Summary- Ambitious but not able to meeting up with the pricing and more importantly the resort it is inside of.
The Preserve Kitchen and Bar is part of the Travassa 'experiential' resort and corporate retreat in the hills above Volente on Lake Travis.
Shrimp appetizer was a disappointment. Pizza was soggy. Truffle fries were excellent. Service was great. Food was not. My husband and I enjoyed happy hour and brunch and I was excited to bring my daughter here for dinner. It was okay but lots of room for improvement.
We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was incredibly fresh with amazing flavors and the service was very attentive. We will definitely be returning in the future.
