Had an American Classic 'custom built ' to my request, which was superior in both service taste. As a former TC employee, this type of order isn 't always the smoothest/most desirable task, but my order was handled by a pro! Some of the best overall service I 've experienced. What can you say about ThunderCloud? Consistently good sandwiches. Glad they got the new mobile ordering system working. Can't be beat for a takeout lunch.

Excellent sandwich. The employees got slammed but they handled it with good cheer and grit. Will definitely be back.

"Ordered cookies at 2pm, delivery was scheduled for 2:51, the tracker said the delivery was a minute away for a full hour. I finally cave and call in at 4pm and they say it’s been ready but nobody could deliver it. No notice, no nothing to inform me of this. They tell me they can make me fresh cookies and try to have someone deliver again, but I’m not gonna wait 6 hours for $40 cookies. Terrible experience. Go in person, never get it delivered because they’ll just blame DoorDash when they have bad customer service."

"What an incredible meal! Even went big and sniffed a beef. Everything was perfectly cooked with a large smoke flavour. Tried a handful of sides, both Tacos and the chopped Brisket Sandwich. I can't wait to go back. The line lasted about 20 minutes."
