I got the fries and Batagor (fried dumplings . The fries were yummy and the portion sizes on both dishes were an excellent value for the price. I’m a huge fan of the dumplings, and the condiments were a great sweet savory pairing. Also wanted to mention— the staff is really kind and diligent, and they make everything fresh! Really really wanted to love this food truck, because Indonesian is in short supply in Austin and elsewhere. the reviews were good. Unfortunately we all found that the various items that we ordered, while freshly made, just lacked any unique taste or spice. I will say that the servers are incredibly friendly and the truck is conveniently located just outside a classic Austin bar. View all feedback.
