What Grace Beltran likes about Dunkin':
The service wasn't the greatest for me because I like when cashiers help you find out what you need, my cashier that day only wanted to take my order. Also my drinks were given to me faster than lighting but due to it they lost quality. It doesn't necessarily mean it's a bad Dunkin, I just had a bad experience that day. View all feedback.

Older lady checking us out at the drivethru was absolutely rude. She didn’t talk to us at all and just gave a nasty look. Please someone tell her when you work customer service you have to put a smile on your face at all times : View all feedback.
