We ordered our meals on Friday 30th September, time 7.15. There were quite other people in the dining room, but our meals did not arrive until 8.45. We may have accepted this delay if our repeated requests inquiry about the delay were simply ignored. This took the gloss off the reasonable quality of our meals.
