I stayed at the Le Seignelay Hotel previously, but last fall was the first time I had eaten in the restaurant. My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed the dinner; everything was so fresh and so authentically French. Even if you aren't staying at the hotel,...I recommend you try the food. What Claude Roux doesn't like about Le Seignelay:
the vast majority of the dishes are either "homemade" and unfortunately it is necessary to find that it is not, but then not at all-. meurette eggs not even warm enough, accompanied by herta- nervous meat bacon with small peas directly out of the canister- even the dessert even had true chocolate as an acid wine coulis for 28€. without being honestly bad it is clearly very disappointing View all feedback.
