We needed audacity to install a Tibetan restaurant in Avallon. It was necessary to offer a cuisine that, without being gastronomic, makes us travel in a world of flavors. "The young man who served us, very well. he shared his task with one of those colleagues who was colder. I took a good troye andouillette, my wife took a salmon pie that turned out to be less tasteful, probably because not the day, the pate was very wet and the salmon felt a little loud."

"Quite tasteless dishes for too high prices. Everything is more or less adequate, but really nothing more, and the prices are the same as at other high-quality addresses. The most disappointing being the desserts (chocolate pear verrine for 8 euros which only seems to be a stack of canned pear and a very average chocolate mousse: much too expensive for what it is).
