Friends' night to celebrate my birthday. I would like to be a club customer and have already rated with a high score and his compliments in the past. I have to review, however, a step back general in relation to previous experiences. as I have already had the opportunity to expose at the end of the evening to the manager, the quality mix/quantity/presentation of the cutting board has disappointed me not little. pay x for a cutter like yesterday, in which quality and flavors (species of cheese) did not excite, disappointed me as more or less all invited. the same director at the end of the evening admitted a momentary shortage of cheeses to be inserted in the cutting board, confirming my impressions. personal opinion: it is not entirely correct to propose a cutter at the fixed price of if you cannot always guarantee the availability of raw materials. we come to the other aspect that I do not appreciate: having only two people in the hall, of which only one deputy to take orders, I found it a little wrong for customers (who pay for the service;) I waited at least minutes both times I wanted to call the staff to order. for everything else, I do as always compliments and thank you for the welcome. In summary, I felt that the approach of the closing period for the holidays was the cause of a local subton evening. If so, I was a little unfortunate and I just want staff to return more weight than ever. We'll definitely see you again. Thank you and soon!
