Catastrophic organization and internal communication. Reservation of a beer pump made two weeks in advance, no order confirmation already it was off to a bad start, travel on the day to collect the beer pump no reservation in my name (the day before the event) . No emergency solution offered, just “it’s not my fault it’s my colleague who takes care of the reservations” they absolve themselves of all responsibilities.... View all feedback.
