Delicious vegan spicy vegetables stir fry. It was the only vegan main option, but was made fresh and very tasty. Vegan hot chocolate option when I asked, and all the cakes were vegan- had the most amazing chocolate brownie. All meals on the menu were very expensive, but decent portion sizes and quality. This is not a place where you will ever travel for the vegan options, but it is nice to see that the café at such a tourist resort ski center, start for mountaineering and hiking trails offers so many vegan options.
