Auberge La Treille - Avignon

What Tracyoh likes about Auberge La Treille:
The restaurant itself is set in the gardens at the front of the old hotel. It's quite charming in a rustic, dishevelled kind of way. The food was very nice without really being great. I had hoped to be more impressed. The portions were big enough, but there was nothing very special about the meals. The service was not very friendly or helpful I'm sorry to say. We wouldn't go back. I used to go there often for lunch or dinner, bring friends of the vaucluse or elsewhere, I loved the setting, the kitchen, the staff.I had to have lunch with a friend arriving from the paris, his train 10 minutes late, I call to warn of this delay, answer: "no sir I can't keep you the table".
