Just rude. Joseph Vernet on a tiny alley called rue Mazan was Restaurant EAT, a French bistro style dining company that was about 20 people. We enjoyed the lunch service of Tagliatelles with chestnuts (a great care of pasta and very pleasant) as well as a pork Shank with polenta (from the Formule de Midi, which contains a dessert, glass wine and coffee for 18 euros).
