That's my biggest disappointment last time. I chose this place because it's recommended by TripAdvisor. On start: NO choice of wines - the waiter asked to present selection of whites dry brought one type in bottle ... Then: tartare (origin: excellent meat "Charolais") unfortunately devastated: large pieces of meat poorly purified... "threads" stay between teeths. Fries: most of them was RAW! Owner was extremely nice and accommodating to a walk in. Excellent food and priced right, including bottles of wine.
