Beautiful location on a small town square (especially in the evening). Warm welcome and efficient service. Tasty dishes and good house wine. TripAdvisor customers rate this and other restaurants like la fourchete very highly, misleading others who then become extremely dissatisfied. All their pre fix menus are very pretentious and are not very good. I would recommend anyone who stays in Avignon, go to L’Epicerie that is in...a pretty location in front of St. Pierre cathedral. Nice lunch we chose a starter and main course, the starter was definitely the most exciting, a super taste experience, thank you for that.

In pleasant weather you can even be served in the outdoor area, and there's a counter where you can sit and enjoy. In the dining hall, larger groups can find space to enjoy, and there is a dining room with chairs/tables.
